Utilizing the UNHS pre-sale campaign, Melissa began sales at Brighton before the models were ready.
She communicated with every prospective buyer, gave dusty shoe tours of the community, and created a sense of exclusivity and urgency. Wells Fargo Bank was instrumental in helping Melissa achieve her goals by pre-qualifying her buyers in a very timely and efficient manner.
This led to all 15 available homes being sold
prior to the Grand Opening!
