The sales momentum at Brighton didn’t just happen.
It was created.
Brighton, a Brandywine Homes community in Torrance, consists of 59 homes.
With only 15 homes released, all but 2 has been sold or reserved in the 1st phase!
 Melissa makes it a priority to greet and demonstrate the homes to every prospective buyer.

Kristina Gerrard and Patty Glover, UNHS Sales Counselors, sold the last home at Westreef during the last week of the year!

Westreef, a 17 home community built by Pinnacle Residential, had just one home remaining leading up to the week of Christmas.
UNHS Sales Counselor Kristina Gerrard, was determined to make a couple’s Christmas wish come true. Kris drove to their current home just three days before Christmas to make certain her community was sold out prior to year end!
The Westreef team also made sure two homes closed on schedule. Here is one happy home owner receiving her keys Christmas week!
