Liz Grisamore

With more than 30 years of outstanding experience in the new homes industry, Liz offers a strong blend of expertise in project management, marketing and sales.

Liz spent 17 years with Concordia Homes as VP of Sales and Marketing and VP of Project Management. Her well-known accomplishment in planning aids her builder-partners to the best selections of product mix, sizes and density.

She is an expert in sales management of attached homes, and virtually every type of detached dwellings.

Liz is an extraordinarily effective project leader, skilled at developing collaborative working relationships with both internal and external customers. Her leadership in sales management, as well as strategic marketing/price analysis, results in significant contributions to volume, rapid sales absorption, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Liz was an active member of the Inland Empire Sales & Marketing Council for many years; she served on several committees and continues to support industry endeavors, through her career and almost 20 years with Ultimate.

She is the 2004 Sales Manager of the Year for Riverside, San Bernardino and Imperial Counties as recognized by her prestigious Laurel Award. She has mentored several on her team to industry recognition as Sales Professional of the Year. These have been far too frequent to be coincidental.

Liz’s training and leadership skills consistently provide her builders with greater market share and less market risk.
