The founder in 1986 of Ultimate New Home Sales & Marketing, Inc., Steve has a true passion for the new home industry. He considers himself fortunate to have the opportunity to help Ultimate’s builder-partners achieve all of their sales goals, and to assist buyers in accomplishing one of life’s most important personal goals.
Steve has assembled a truly dedicated team of skilled professionals whose enthusiasm for, and knowledge of, the new home industry allows Ultimate to provide its clients with the highest levels of excellence in new homes. Steve’s vision and desire is to be always increasing the level of professionalism of the sales and marketing disciplines.
Steve has personally sold the entire menu of new home types from land lease condominiums to custom homes and custom home lots. With an extensive background in sales and sales management, Steve is steeped in professional sales training methodology which he brings to the new home sales industry. Steve has a sixth sense for diagnosing a sales solution and developing effective strategies to meet all of a builder’s needs.
Steve has served on the Los Angeles / Ventura Sales and Marketing Council Board of Directors. He has earned both the MAME Salesperson of the Year Award for all of Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, Riverside and Imperial Counties and the MAME Sales Manager of the Year Award for the same areas.
