The Ultimate team attended the BIA OC’s Women’s Leadership Conference for the 5th year

in a row on Friday April 14th.  It was nothing short of amazing, inspiring and motivating for

the Ultimate Team! The theme “Oh, the places you’ll go” perfectly resonated with women in

the homebuilding as more women join the industry, especially in leadership roles.

We were privileged to hear Dianna McGrath – Researcher, Consultant & Mars One Astronaut

Candidate, Megan Telles – KTLA 5 News Reporter, and Randi Zuckerberg – Founder/CEO of

Zuckerberg Media, Former Head of marketing at Facebook (and yes, Mark’s sister!), Entrepreneur,

Investor, Bestselling Author, and Tech Media Personality speak.

Incredible line up this year, and looking forward to 2020’s conference.

Randi’s latest book, Pick Three, was available for purchase – we were lucky enough to get

signed copies and meet her!
