Ultimate’s Rich History

Ultimate New Home Sales & Marketing Inc. was founded in 1986 by Steve Kaller.
Steve began his career in construction sales on the east coast and had tremendous success. After relocated to California in the 70’s, Steve transitioned into the new home industry. Steve went on to win the MAME Sales Professional of the Year award in 1983, and then the MAME Sales Manager of the Year award in 1986. Steve’s passion for the new home sales industry, coupled with his entrepreneurial spirit, incredible ability to train and coach others, and uncanny ability to vet out ‘true’ salespeople, led Steve to establish Ultimate New Home Sales & Marketing, Inc.

Since that time, Ultimate New Home Sales & Marketing, Inc (UNHS) has grown into the oldest and largest real estate brokerage that exclusively sells new homes for builders and developers.
We are proud of our 36+ year track record of partnering with builders on the sales and marketing of their new home communities. Ultimate has sold new home communities in both southern and northern California, Utah, and Nevada, as well as new homes in Costa Rica.
Over 36+ years, Ultimate has sold over 10 billion dollars in new homes, including condos, condo conversions, land lease properties, single-family attached and detached, mixed-use, live/work, small lot ordnance (SLO), urban in-fill to high rise, country club to mountain resort communities. Because of our experience, UNHS is able to provide specialists with veteran experience in all aspects of residential sales and marketing.

But it is not longevity alone that defines us as the preeminent source for builder sales. Our polestar position is sustained by our top producing sales and management people who yield timely and profitable sales results!
Having survived three economic recessions, including the Great Recession of 2007, Ultimate has proven our ability to produce profitable sales results in good times and in bad.

Our pioneering UNHS sales education and training programs keep our players at the top of their game so our communities stay at their peak performance for our builder partners. In fact, our most recent successes include having the #1 selling communities in both Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire in 2018, as well as being recognized at the NAHB The Nationals 6 years in a row, including earning a Gold Award in 2018 for Sales Professional of the Year.
