Linda brings a significant amount of leadership to our clients. She has managed all aspects of successful, strategic Real Estate operations programs, sales and marketing campaigns geographically spread throughout California along with National and International communities; These campaigns included vast sales price ranges in diverse markets.

Having worked with the top financial institutions, developers, lenders and other real estate industry leaders in her over 40+ year career she has achieved over $1.5 billion in these campaigns. Her accomplishments, within our industry, also include winning the MAME and LAUREL awards for Sales Manager of the Year; in addition her sales teams have won multiple awards for sales volume and achievements within their respective communities.

Linda’s broad expertise will help continue Ultimate’s goal of providing clients with the best possible services. She has been instrumental in creating many of Ultimate’s reporting systems and procedures.

Because of her prodigious experience, as well as her legendary attention to detail, Linda is able to effectively manage new home developments from their very earliest stages; she is more than capable of handling all aspects of operations with particular emphasis on reviewing, creating and working with our Industry partners for required project documentation.

Included in her skills are:

-Purchase and Sale contract package review and implementation along with ancillary governing documents

-Procedural programs to be in compliance with DRE, California Civil code and local governing agency rules and regulations

-Public Reports and working with the respective Title Company DRE processor to facilitate

-Homeowner Association Documentation review and implantation including “Welcome to your Neighborhood” suggested manuals

-Customer Service, Builder Warranty manuals and programs, SB 800 review, etc.

-Helping Your Buyer timelines, newsletters and various friendly guidance documents

-FNMA, FHA/VA project approval assistance
